I created a bespoke editorial illustration for Food s.r.l., featured in the July issue of Food Magazine. The project, titled "La Rotta del Green" (The Green Route), explores the multi-faceted concept of sustainability through three core pillars: Environment, People, and Nutrition.
A key part of this collaboration was the visual conceptualization process, where I developed three distinct directions to best translate the brief:
First Concept: A product-centric approach featuring a shopping cart overflowing with fresh produce, integrated with symbolic references to the agricultural supply chain.
Second Concept: A navigation-focused design centered around a compass, guiding the viewer diagonally through the various stages of the food industry.
Third Concept: A sophisticated synthesis of both ideas. The chosen artwork features a central compass from which a vibrant sprout emerges—a powerful symbol of sustainability in the food industry—unified by a dynamic spiral composition.
This project demonstrates how visual storytelling can simplify complex corporate themes like sustainability, making them engaging and aesthetically impactful for a specialized audience.
